OSC was established in 1999. It is an educational resource designed to provide teaching of specialized topics for the classroom and home. We recognize that student demand sometimes extends beyond the available curriculum and OSC has been created to find and help fill possible education gaps.

OSC is built on a successive model inside a relational learning environment. Our continual focus is to maximize the interactive benefits of the teacher-student relationship in our courses. We aim to provide the most personal online educational experience possible. We are an online classroom, not just an online course.
